The Smartly mobile app is for employees who work for a business that uses Smartly to manage their payroll.

As an employee you can check your pay history and apply for leave as well as submit timesheets.

To login, your employer needs to set you up in the payroll site and give you your username. You’ll then get an email to create your password and you’ll be good to go!

- Create multiple time entries for each day.
- Managers can add, edit, approve or decline time for their team.
- Remembers the last timesheet entry and prefills the same hours.
- Copy a previous weeks timesheet to save time.

Labour costing

- Assign hours worked to different jobs or departments.

Employees can now cost their leave to a job or department while submitting their request. Easy! To get access to this new functionality, update your app to version 1.1.0. 1.1.0 05/15/2022 The costing for timesheets option was temporarily unavailable, and is now showing again for users on our Payroll 3 plan. 1.0.6 04/13/2022 Some users may have experienced delays when opening the app, these issues are now resolved and working as expected. 1.0.5 04/11/2022 Costing field now showing again for users on our Payroll 3 plan. 1.0.4 12/23/2021 We've fixed an issue where users would uninstall and reinstall the app and their pin wouldn't clear. This is now resolved, and when the app is reinstalled the user will be taken to the log in screen.

Users were experiencing an issue logging in when their time was set to 'Manual'.
